1. Account Registration & Eligibility
To open an account on the kb99 platform, users must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of Bangladesh. All information provided at the time of registration must be complete, accurate, and up to date; the platform reserves the right to terminate any account found to have provided false information. Each user may operate only one account; opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and, if detected, all associated accounts will be suspended. It is each user's own responsibility to keep their account password and login credentials completely confidential. The platform will not be held liable for any misuse of an account.
2. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
Users may deposit at any time via approved payment methods and may submit a withdrawal request once the specified minimum amount is met. Withdrawal processing generally takes 1–3 business days, though this may vary depending on the verification process. Identity verification is mandatory for the first withdrawal; a copy of a national ID card or passport may be required. Funds associated with any promotional bonus cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been fulfilled. Any attempt to use the same promotion multiple times from multiple accounts or the same device will result in forfeiture of the bonus. Users are solely responsible for the security of their accounts and must immediately notify the support team of any unauthorized access. Sharing passwords or allowing others to use your account is strictly prohibited, and the platform will not be held liable for any losses resulting from such actions. If suspicious activity is detected, the account may be automatically locked and cannot be reactivated without identity verification. The platform will never ask for your password via email or phone; treat any such communication as fraudulent. The account holder is responsible for all activities carried out under their account.
6. Prohibited Activities
Money laundering, fraud, harassment of other users, or any form of illegal activity is strictly prohibited on the platform. Using automated bots, scripts, or third-party software for betting or gaming is strictly forbidden, and any such activity will result in immediate account closure upon detection. Users who engage in misconduct or use abusive language toward other members may have their accounts suspended. Intentionally exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform is a punishable offense. The platform management reserves the right to take legal action for any such violations.
